ד"ר חן סער

ד"ר חן סער היא פסיכולוגית חינוכית מומחית, מהנדסת מערכות מידע, ופוסט־דוקטורנטית במעבדת הפיתוח החברתי.

חן השלימה תואר ראשון (.B.Sc) בהנדסת מערכות מידע בטכניון ותואר שני (.M.A) בפסיכולוגיה תעסוקתית וארגונית באוניברסיטת חיפה. לאחר מכן סיימה את התמחותה בפסיכולוגיה חינוכית. חן השלימה את עבודת הדוקטורט שלה באוניברסיטת חיפה, תוך התמחות בפיתוח ובהערכה של התערבויות דיגיטליות בתחום בריאות הנפש. במהלך לימודי הדוקטורט היא ביצעה מחקרים כמותיים ואיכותניים, פיתחה תוכניות דיגיטליות מבוססות תאוריה, והובילה צוותי מחקר כמנהלת המעבדה להתערבויות פסיכולוגיות דיגיטליות.

חן מביאה ניסיון בין־תחומי המשלב עבודה קלינית עם מומחיות טכנולוגית. במעבדת הפיתוח החברתי היא שואפת לבחון כיצד ילדים מפנימים ערכים מוסריים וחברתיים בהקשר של מערכות יחסים מתווכות בידי בינה מלאכותית מתפתחת.
