In the Teacher Values in COVID Times project, we collaborate with Dr. Arnon Hershkovitz in a project funded by the Israel Education Ministry and the Tel Aviv University Center for Combating Pandemics. We investigate effective use of technology in long distance mass education, during the COVID-19 pandemic. We suggest that individual teachers vary in their motivations, or values, and therefore require different types of organizational support in order to master long distance education. We investigate teachers and the schools they work in , quantitatively and qualitatively.
